Freeze
Once the bread is baked, it is frozen using nitrogen gas locking in flavor, moisture, aroma and freshness.
Deliver
Our quality baked products are immediately boxed, then shipped frozen. In their frozen state, Aunt Millie’s Bakehouse products can be kept frozen for up to 18-months. Once thawed, they have up to a 14-day shelf-life.
